Conveyor Belt Splicing
Our service technicians are qualified to vulcanize or mechanically
splice your belt. Our rigorous training program produces only the
industries top splice mechanics. Belt widths up to 84” wide can be
spliced on site.
Pulley Lagging
Our capabilities include on site pulley lagging. Re-lagging an old
pulley while in place is often much more cost effective than
replacing the pulley. We offer a wide variety of lagging including
smooth, small diamond, large diamond, herringbone, ceramic, and
weld-on strip. Much of tour lagging is manufactured at our Atlanta
location and is of the highest quality. Because we manufacture our
own lagging, we can custom fit it to your pulley.
Belt Wind-Up
Our large wind-up machines make easy work of rolling up conveyor
belt. If necessary, we can also remove old belt from your property
and dispose of it.
Conveyor Component Installation
Not only do we offer a large variety of components, we also offer
installation of the products. Pulleys, idlers, cleaning systems,
skirt systems, scales, and magnets are just a few of the products we
offer with turnkey installation.
Conveyor Repair
Along with our in-house repair division, we offer field repair of
conveyors. Structure, take-up systems, skirt systems, bins, hoppers,
and chutes are just some of the areas that we can repair and
redesign if necessary.
