Regional Conveyor Service's molded spools are made from high density
polyethylene (HDPE) with either HDPE or UHMW end caps. The center
drive tube
is steel, with additional supports added for longer length spools.
High Density Flange Spool
Our flange spools are made from high density HDPE with either HDPE
or UHMW flanges. Flanges are additionally notched for easy handling.
The center drive tube is steel and additional supports are added for
longer length spools.
Options:
• Grip tape placed on spool surface for easier product spooling
• Slot cut in spool surface for product spooling
• Keyways cut into center drive tube
• Square or round drive tube
• Additional notching available in flanges for easier handling and
reduced weight
• Additional supports in spool center for longer length spools
